  The ELG series air coolers developed by our company are mainly used for cold storage cooling equipment that uses ethylene glycol water-soluble waves as the refrigerant. The low-temperature ethylene glycol aqueous solution circulates in the heat exchange tubes of the cooling fan, absorbing external heat to achieve the goal of reducing the storage temperature. The ELG series air coolers can meet the needs of cold storage at around 10 ° C, 0 ° C, and -18 ° C.
1. Shell: Made of high-quality galvanized steel plate surface spray painted (silver gray RAL9006); The two side panels and the outer water tray panel adopt a hinged structure, which is easy and fast to operate;
2. The end plate of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum plate, which effectively protects the copper tube and reduces weight;
3. Double layer water tray design: The outer water tray adopts an angular structure with angles, ensuring smooth drainage and no dead corners; The inner water tray adopts an aluminum plate sink type structure, and condensed water or defrosting water is directly discharged into the outer water tray drainage outlet through the inner water tray;
4. The high air duct design adopts a large circular arc with overall stretching, which has good air guiding effect,
5. For fans with a diameter of 500 and above, floor support feet are installed for easy installation;
6. Coil: arranged in a square with a spacing of 50x50 between tubes, it has a large heat transfer area, small heat transfer temperature difference, low food drying consumption, and slow frosting speed of fins;
7. Hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated aluminum sheet with sheet spacing of 4.0mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, meeting different temperature and humidity requirements;
8. Fan: High power external rotor fan, operating temperature -30 ℃~60 ℃; The specifications of the fan are Ø 400, Ø 500, and Ø 630, forming different product series with different specifications, providing users with more choices;
9. Defrosting: The standard uses electric defrosting, with stainless steel heating tubes evenly distributed in the fins of the coil and on the inner water plate. The heating tube holes of the coil are equipped with aluminum sleeves to improve defrosting efficiency; Water flushing frost can also be used according to customer requirements;
10. The fan and heating tube adopt independent IP65 waterproof junction boxes, which have better waterproof effect and high reliability in use;
11. Strict pressure test, with a test pressure of 23 bar;
